Designer Tags currently only deliver to the UK mainland. All UK Mainland orders placed on designertags.com will have 3 working days to return any items which are no longer wanted, faulty etc. (under the conditions outlined below) for a full refund (this is 3 working days from receipt of goods, not from ordering).

UK Mainland orders:
Designer Tags currently only deliver to the UK mainland. All UK Mainland orders placed on designertags.com will have 3 working days to return any items which are no longer wanted, faulty etc. for a full refund (this is 3 working days from receipt of goods, not from ordering). If we receive any returns after 7 working days, we will have no alternative but to send your items back to you, as we will no longer accept anything after 7 working days have expired.



Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges for all orders are as follows:
United Kingdom: £5.00

Delivery is FREE If your order is over £100 and delivered within the United Kingdom.

Deliveries are normally made within 3-5 working days from despatch unless advised otherwise or if being sent outside of the UK. All deliveries are sent via Recorded Delivery or other secure courier service. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods, as a signature is normally required.



Refund Information

When you try an item on for the first time, DO NOT remove the tags! Also, if you try on a t-shirt or other garment then please make sure you do not use under arm deodorant or a strong smelling aftershave. If we feel you have not followed these instructions, or that you have worn the item for a sustained period then you will have your item returned to you with no refund, and we will dispute any claim made with an outside party.

You must ensure goods are unworn, undamaged , and importantly with ALL original tags attached and with packaging for the item if it was provided.

Guidance & Notes:

  • No delivery charge on exchanges
  • Please ensure that you wrap the package securely
  • Refund does not include your cost of the original postage and packaging
  • Please note that we do not accept returns from courier companies. Please use Royal Mail Special Delivery
  • We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post
  • For your own protection, we recommend that you send your package by Royal Mail Special Delivery service because:
    • Royal Mail special delivery insures the goods up to £500
    • This cover can be increase to £1,000 by paying a small premium
    • Royal Mail recorded delivery only insures the goods up to £28
  • Except where the goods you return are faulty or damaged, the cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility
  • This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
